1a) clorox wipes and toilet cleaner were seen to be stored under the bathroom sink. A fastener was used on the cabinet, but not one that would keep the products inaccessible to all children 10/14/24 the wipes and cleaner were removed on day of visit. Under the bathroom sink does not have cleaners stored
